Sky Arts Film Festival
Jay serves as program director of SAFF and the inaugural festival was a huge success in Bowling Green, KY .
RIFLE CITY PRoDUCTIONS
Jay started a production company in 2017 to produce his first short film FOR HOPE. The film is currently circulating festivals around North America.
Jay provides services in pre-production for other projects primarily in script development, budget construction, location scouting, casting, and crew fulfillment.
